How can you get your 7-month-old to take naps when she's a light sleeper and your 3-year-old keeps inadvertently waking her up?

Set up a porta crib and put it in a separate room than the 3 year old. It worked for us for a long time. Once the younger one was at least 2 and in a regular bed, they were able to take naps together in the same room.

Tips for later when they get up and play rather than nap: sit in the room, don't make eye contact, and wait for them to fall asleep before leaving. Eventually it will be routine and you won't have to sit there in the room.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
