How can you train for tour de france?

I have watched the tour a few times ..it normally runs a few km from m y home in south of france ..its enormous in real life ...too many cars ..motor bikes ..police ..helicopters to count ....and the sound produced by the cyclist is amazing ...they go up mountains faster than you and I on the flat!...you won't get any tour riders answering this question any time soon ...I would recommend anybody to see it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
