How compeditive is it to become a veterinarian?

It is very competitive because you have to do a lot of schooling just like being a doctor. It actually is like a doctor because you are taking care of something or trying to help it. Which takes a lot of work.

You wouldn't want to hurt something anymore than it already is, you know It is actually harder to become a veterinarian than a doctor now. To get into any good veterinary school you will need at least a 3.7 GPA in your undergraduate studies and take all the classes required. It's also recommended to get a lot of experience in a wide range of animal care.It's very competitive and very tough; you will need to be fully committed to do this Years of Schooling It is a LOT of work.

First you need to get a Graduate degree in something like pre-veterinary medicine (a DVM, or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or biology in a four-year university, then at least four years at a veterinary medical school. After that you have to complete either a two-year or four-year internship with a licensed veterinary and get your own license.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
