Depends on which poll you believe. Gallop has a tendency to concentrate more in the hood than other pollsters. I've seen polls that give 0bama 41%.
As far as 2012 is concerned, 0bama has an uphill battle, so we will see who gets what handed to him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
