How did Boba Fett first get involved with Solo and what is their story?

In the story The Last One Standing we are treated to an account of the first time Boba saw Han Solo. He was taken back by the young man's courage. The next time we see Fett and Solo, Fett has an acute hatred of him, but we don't learn why.
