How did Cha Cha Cha come about?

MC Lyte: Cha Cha Cha was one of three or four songs that I either had written for me or that I co-wrote with someone. Cha Cha Cha was completely written by The King of Chill, who also produced it. Of course, he also did the music for Lyte as a Rock and Paper Thin.
