They were not a true islamic group.. it was more about black power.. and they claimed that the white folks were devils.. Only black people became or were allowed to be members.. they also had a modern day prophet.. (in true islam, Mohammed was the last prophet).. they interpreted things as they wanted.. I guess it sort of started with the true muslims who were stolen from africa in the slave trade, but the Nation of Islam group sort of took with that and ran on it.. but with the whole idea of islam all messed up.. Malcolm X.. decided to go to Mecca to do hajj and saw true islam, and spoke to all kinds of people, white, brown, black, yellow, red.. all walks of life, muslims from the world.. He was blown away, he found true islam, he came back to talk about this and was executed due to his views then.. (sad).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
