How did Gov Scott Walker of Wisconsin Balance his Budget Without Raising Taxes?

Scott Walker didn't do anything illegal, but he did do something wrong: he took the call. As a tax-paying voter in WI, I don't think I'd ever get my phone call to the governor's office returned. Mention the name "David Koch" and you're on the fast-track to the governor's ear.

I'm pretty sure that's a problem. It's a problem for me, anyway. Until today, I didn't care whether he kept his job or not.

The fact being, the conversation proves the governor stands on what he has said about the issue and he is not going to change his mind on the matter. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
