How did insurance companies get the law past that ever one must have auto insurance Asked by dizzan 14 months ago Similar questions: insurance companies law past auto Business > Insurance.

The law is that everybody must be capable of paying a certain amount, should they be at fault in an accident. In most cases, the only way to accomplish that is to buy insurance, though some people can afford to self-insure. I would be inclined to think that the insurance companies came after the law, rather than the other way around.
Not sure what you mean. Some states allow people to self-insure themselves, meaning you pay yourself when you're in an accident. Other people just drive around without car insurance, such as illegals.
The law applies to people and not insurance companies.
Actually, you must have financial responsibility...which is about the same thing.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
