How did the vietnam war affect vietnamese citizens?

Well, honestly if it's your project, then you should be doing research, not just asking on here and hoping that we will do your homework for you. The Vietnam War (called the American War in Vietnam) of course affected people differently based on which side of the war they were fighting for. Homes were destroyed, families split apart, and everyone had lost someone that they loved.

April 30 1975, Sài Gòn the capital of the South, fell into North Vietnam Control. Utter confusion took over and thousands upon thousands of South Vietnamese scrambled to the US military base an attempted to escape Vietnam. Thousands tried to climb over the wall into the base in hopes that they would be evacuated, and US military was forced to beat people down off the wall with their guns and at one point even tossed a grenade into the crowd of civilians below.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
