How do Amazon Associate text links and HP's Amazon capsules differ?

If you create a text link that has your affiliate code you will get 100% commission, but if you use Amazon capsule, the sale will be subject to Hubopages 60/40 view rule. Which means that if your capsule generates a sale during the 40% share of views then Hubpages gets all the commission.
