How do barometers measure air pressure?

There are various type of barometers viz. Mercury barometer, aneroid barometer, precission aneroid barometer. Barometer thus calculate the pressure exerted over a unit area by the column of air over that area.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
