Send application to: State of South Carolina Office of the Governor Department of Administration Office of Policy and Programs 1801 Assembly Street, Room 141 Columbia, SC 29201 The Governor's will submit the approval to the: OFFICE OF THE BURSAR UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA COLUMBIA, SC 29208 This application should be made prior to the payment of fees. All requests for refunds for fee reduction must be made during the academic year for which the fees were paid.
