How do eucalyptus trees grow? From cuttings? Seeds?

We are moving, and there is a beautiful eucalyptus tree that my grandfather planted on the property. The tree itself is obviously much to big to take the whole thing, but I would like to plant a new one from this tree at our new home. How would I go about that?

1 You can propagate it from seeds. Gather up some of the fruit, separate out and dry the seeds. But I think you'll have an easier time rooting a live branch or root cutting.

Get some rooting hormone (it encourages a branch to send out new roots at the cut end) and plant it in a pot. It takes a while with trees, and it can be a bit tricky. This web page as a lot more details:hcs.ohio-state.edu/mg/manual/prop2.htm .

What do I do with the basil seeds that grow on my fresh basil in my outside garden.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
