How do I add button dynamically on ArcGIS Silverlight API?

Use code behind to add the button during runtime. Anything you do in XAML can be done in code behind.

Add an ElementLayer to your map (ether in xaml or in code ), then add your button to the element layer. MyMap.Layers. Add( new ElementLayer() { id="myElementLayer" } ) // create your button..... MyMap.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
