You may have to build up some content before you apply. I waited until I have 10 hubs that were rated above 60. Then I applied and it went well for me.

I know your article has to be a certain length.. try at least 1 page. Also you need a gmail account, did you apply with your gmail address?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
