If you don't have hardly any gray and you are indeed a natural level 6/7 ,,,,,,i work with goldwell,,,and I would probably use 8 A or 9 A depending on how light you want to take it. If you have gray involved in the situation,,,,it could be to your advantage (ashing out the color). But you might want to then use an 8 na.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
