At this point, ClearQuest creates a temporary report file in its root directory and launches it with Crystal Reports Designer. €¢ Choose Insert > Database Field and drag the fields you desire into the Details pane of the Crystal Reports Designer window. €¢ Once you've finished arranging your fields, choose File > Save and File > Exit to save the temporary report format and go back to the ClearQuest client.
