How do I create a seller listing for an out-of-print book that amazon doesn't already have listed?

I sell a number of my old books through amazon. But so far, I've only been able to do that with books that amazon sells. I have some, though, for which I think there's a market, but for which amazon doesn't have a listing.

Some are out-of-print, some are a little obscure. Still, I've noticed some OOP listings -- hence my question: How can I create a seller listing for a book that amazon doesn't seem to sell? Thanks for your help!
