How do I dose cyanuric acid and how do I test for it?

Cyanuric Acid comes in a granular form and unfortunately is very hard to dissolve due to its composition. This difficulty in dissolving Cyanuric Acid should not dissuade you from using it as it has a dramatic effect on reducing the chlorine consumption of your pool on a sunny day. The best way to dose it into a pool with skimmer boxes is to dissolve it in hot (not boiling) water and stir thoroughly.
