1 I do it this way: Lay the duvet on the bed, open end near the foot. Take the inner quilt by the left corner and work it up through the duvet. When the corners match, pin the inner unit to the duvet.

Repeat for the right side. Go to the foot area and grip the two sets of corners at the foot. Gently shake as to make a wave to 'whip' the inner quilt to the head.

Soon they will be close to matching. No need to turn the duvet inside out or crawl into the duvet LOL .
