How do I find out if the goods have been despatched?

Upon despatch, we operate a policy of sending an email to every customer who places an order online. The despatch email includes real time information regarding the status of the order and provides the customer with the full ability to track their order to their door (using parcel consignment number). Items that have been sent via Royal Mail, will have no tracking number.

You can also check the status of your order online. Please ensure you check the quantity of parcels that you are signing for and report any problems to us within 24 hours. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order as our carriers will only leave goods with a signature.

If you are not at the address to accept the order our carriers will usually return the next working day, after this you will be required to collect your order from your local depot. Clear details of this will be explained on the "Sorry we missed you" card that will be left by your driver. More.
