Most companies that sell PCs no longer include installation disks of operating systems. If you ask why, you'll probably hear something about "media reduction," but it's mainly a cost-cutting measure. Most will ship an OS disk with a new PC if you specifically ask for it.
Your computer should have a recovery partition built into the hard drive that you can use to create your own recovery disk - the information on how to do this is with the Toshiba's documentation since they're all somewhat different. Most OEMs (and I'm not sure about Toshiba) will send you a physical recovery disk for a nominal fee if you call and ask for it.
There are a couple of solutions. Bootdisks. Com, recoverydiscs.Com, and others.
There are a number of free backup utility programs that will allow you to make your own recovery discs either on cd or dvd media. I have a Gateway and use the OEM Gateway Backup that came with my Laptop. Manufacturers stopped supplying install discs and recovery discs for free because the little guys were complaining about a lack of maintenance opportunities.
Companies usually offer to sell you a recovery disc with your pc for around $100 and they like doing it.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
