As pain can't really be controlled without medication ... If possible, schedule an appointment with the vet to obtain it. What's you can do now is to encourage your bunny to eat. Here are a few tips: - hand-feeding your bunny the hay.
Pick a fresh strand from the package and wiggle it in front of your bunny's mouth to entice him to eat it. - if he doesn't want to eat hay, try giving vegetables. - some fresh herbs such as basil, mint and cilantro may encourage his appetite.
- you can try giving him fresh fruit juice. The juice should be diluted with water. I find tomato juice works well.
(Note: Do not purchase pre-packaged fruit juices from the store. Make your own juice with a juicer.) The increase in water intake can then encourage the bunny to eat other foods. You can refer to this article and scroll to the 'Treatment' section.
The tips provided above are described in more details in the article: http://bunniesbunnycottage.blogspot.my/2... I hope your bunny will be well. X.
