How do I hang curtains with drapery hooks?

Insert the Drapery HooksLay the window covering down on a flat surface that offers ample work space. Beginning at one end of the drapery, insert a drapery hook, also known as a pin, into the top of the header at a 90-degree angle, starting at the seam. The hook should not pierce the outside face of the drapery.

Place all of the hooks into the curtain. Hang the CurtainPlace your drapery rings onto your chosen drapery rod. Hold the curtain with both hands and insert the first drapery hook, at the end of the curtain, into the small metal loop at the bottom of the ring.

Continue inserting the hooks one-by-one until the curtain hangs on the curtain rod. If you choose a traverse rod, begin by inserting the drapery hook at one end of the curtain into the hole at the edge of the master clip. Insert the rest of the hooks, one at a time, into the traverse rod carriers that hang under the traverse rod.
