I know how you feel, I've done it before My ex (who I still had feelings for) came round to my house with all his friends and ran up to my room and started looking for the bracelet he got me when we were going out, because I refused to give it him, he hit me so I hit him back and it started with a huge fight. I was depressed as well, which he told the whole of my year at school and my older sister found out:( Anyway, it depends where you've self harmed, I did it at the top of my legs (thighs) so no one could see. But here's some ideas: Wrists: Wear bracelets, long sleeves, cover it up with make up.
Arms: Long sleeves, make up. Legs: Wear trousers, tights (skin tights), make up Stomach: Wear long tops. And please, don't carry on with self-harm.
It's addictive and horrible:( Hope I Helped:-).
Cutting leaves ugly scars that are hard to cover up except with clothing. Or try to find a large bandaid. You can do plenty of other things when you're angry.
Get a punching bag and beat the stuffing out of it. Run til you're out of breath.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
