How do I import an MS Outlook file into MS Outlook Express?

They are very different products 'Outlook' and 'Outlook Express' sound like they're cousins.... but they're not... :) Outlook is a complex product that does many things, whereas OE is just an email/newsgroup program. So, my guess is that you want to extract a file that you can then send with OE? I draw that conclusion because OE doesn't really 'handle' files, except as attachments in emails.

So, if I'm on the right track, then your best bet is to use Outlook's Export function to create non-Outlook file that you can then attach to an OE email. If that isn't even close to what you're attempting, then I don't understand what you're trying to do. Good luck, anyway... :) .
