How do I increase my download speed for utorrent 2.0, I have MTNL connection?(Read the whole description)?

Yeah it is a scheme. Every month you get 4gb maximum speed ie 65-75 Kbps and after that it falls to 25-30 kbps. And no there is no way you'll get double speed all the time.

If you want more speed go for higher plan.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
