Using a page in a binder, track your medications for a minimum of one month before visiting a prescribing provider to discuss your medication regimen. Include all of the medications you're taking so that your prescribing provider can make the right medication choices for you. Remember that tobacco, alcohol, and recreational drugs can impact the effectiveness of a medication and may carry their own side effects.
Therefore it's best if you're as honest as possible about your use of substances other than your prescribed medications. Write the name of each prescribed medication you're taking in the first column. The prescribed dosage goes in the second column, and the number of pills goes in the third column.
Use this form to keep track of how many pills you actually take each day. Hopefully, knowing that you must write down your compliance will help you stick with your regimen. Also record any side effects you experience, such as dry mouth, and to what degree you experience them on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 indicates you didn't experience that side effect on a given day, and 10 indicates an intolerable level.
Also record your intake of coffee, alcohol, tobacco, and any non-prescribed drugs. You can use an x to show that you used that drug or substance on a given day, or you can be more specific and write in how much of the substance you had; for example, number of drinks, cigarettes, or cups of coffee.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
