You will need a precious metals license at least I used to work at a pawn shop in Maryland and had to get a precious metals license. They fingerprinted me for the state records. Every state is different.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
