You will need a precious metals license at least I used to work at a pawn shop in Maryland and had to get a precious metals license. They fingerprinted me for the state records. Every state is different.

You may want to ask your legal question at askinglaw.com Sources: Pawn Shop Experience .

2 We Americans can buy and sell those type items without licenses: But, if your doing it as a registered business it probably would be under the Pawn Acts category in your State:The real problem you would have to overcome is the expertise needed to test the items as to if they are real precious metals or not...without this ability you may get taken very quickly. Check you State! Certainly, as an American I can buy at homes, or from individuals and or at say: auctions, garage sales or estate sales any item of what I think is precious metal for me to re sell without a license to do so.Blessings.........Annlee .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
