If you get anywhere near your maximum heart rate, you're in an anaerobic zone, and there's no way you should be able to sustain it for as long as 40 minutes. It's likely your monitor is defective, or else it doesn't have good contacts where you're starting out. Many are notorious for needing to have the contacts wet, and/or they get static from exercise clothes at the start of a workout.
Also, if this is just a watch, and you're not using a chest strap, its readings can be way off. There are ways to test for your actual maximum heart rate, such as by doing sprints up hills and seeing the results. But I frankly don't think you're really truly doing 200 bpm for 40 minutes.
If your heart really truly is beating that fast during normal aerobic exercise, you should be talking with your doctor, and not exercising further until you do so. Lots of people turn up unexpected heart issues when they start a running routine, and drop over dead.
I wouldn't worry about it. This is normal for everybody.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
