How do I make the sticky tape for flower pens not sticky anymore?

Making thos nice little flower pens. I am using the sticky tape for the stem, but it's sticky when you hold the pen. How do I fix it?

I am using the sticky tape for the stem, but it's sticky when you hold the pen. How do I fix it? You took 2 round pieces of card, made 2 holes in the middle, strung yarn through them somehow and then flicked them round in circles a few times until they gained momentum and then pulled in and out to make a whizzing noise.

You could also buy ones which lit up or played tunes. Anyone know what I mean?! And better still, how to make them?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
