How do I organize such database in SQLite?

There are many considerations to balance when designing a database, but based on the information you provided so far, something like this might be a good start.

Each table will have one column for each datum (piece of information) you need to store about the thing. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
