How do I report a traffic signal or school flasher malfunction?

Traffic signals and school flashers in the city limits are maintained by either City of Boca Raton or Palm Beach County. Malfunctions related to traffic signals or school flashers should be reported to Traffic Signals Section at (561) 416-3364 or (561) 416-3372. The feedback form in this web site can also be used to report such malfunctions.

Of the 74 traffic signal systems at intersections throughout the Village and on our boarders, 40 are maintained by the State, 10 are maintained by Cook County, and 24 are maintained by Village personnel. To report a signal malfunction, please call us at 847.368.5800 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of those hours, please call 847.368.5300.
