How do I restore the old version of yahoo mail?

Classic" mail is now gone. It has been replaced with 2 new versions, "full featured" or "basic". If you are having problems with the "full featured" version the first thing to do is clear all history and cache and restart.

If that does not work you may have to use the "basic" version. The "full featured" version uses Javascript Ajax which can be a problem for older computers or a slow internet connection. There is now a continuous scroll in the "full featured" version for email.

It does not have messenger, applications, filters, format bar along with its features, or continuous scroll. It is not the same as Classic. Here are pictures of the 2 versions: Basic -

Regular - If you want to go to the "basic" version then select mail options under the gear icon in the upper right.

On the "general" options page scroll to the bottom. There you have a choice of "full featured" or "basic". To switch back use the link to "switch to newest Yahoo!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
