How do I return damaged items from Amazon that have been shipped to me?

Amazon does a fairly good job of explaining their return policy on their website (see the link below). They do offer customers the chance to explain during the returns process that they are returning the product because they believe it was packaged poorly and damaged in process. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
