You don't have to worry about hosting, your videos can easily be embedded onto your wordpress blog and users can access your videos in different places and can also share them out.

I think you're going to run into a bandwidth issue with video. There are three corners to everything (including podcasts) Time, Money, Quality... Pick two! The remaining one with have to suffer.My first thought would be to see if you could just create a voice-cast... That would reduce the file size quite a bit.

You'll need to make sure the host can handle the bandwidth. I've found the easiest way to publish podcasts is to use Feeder.It's very useful! It's trivial to put podcasts into the iTunes store.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
