How do I tell my guy friends I don't want their girlfriends/wives coming to my house for the superbowl party?

Just tell them that its a BOYS NITE out at your house. Thats all you have to say. The guys that cant make it, are under the thumb?

You may have better luck having getting just guy time if you limit the guests to those you know are single or gay, or perhaps setting up a regular sports viewing night or poker game at your house, once the ladies see that it's rather boring and guy oriented they probably won't be all that interested. While I understand that you're bitter, insisting that your friends leave their ladies at home is putting yourself on the fast track to being friendless too. It's too bad that you can't be happy that your friends have found someone, perhaps by observing couples you could pick up tips on how to relate to women.

At the very least you'll get used to talking to and relaxing around women.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
