In order to title any vehicle that has been branded as salvage or reconstructed, the vehicle must first pass an inspection by an Enhanced Vehicle Safety Inspection Station. The stations listed are the only ones authorized to perform these services. They will have the necessary forms to complete.

You will also need to furnish the mechanic with four photographs of the vehicle; front, back and both sides (make sure all windows are up and that the photograph is clear). The mechanic will sign and date these pictures.
