To unblock restricted websites you will need an administrators password. If you are not the administrator consider the fact that the website is probably blocked for a reason. If you are on an office or school computer then you might not want to hit a restricted website.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
