How do I use doxygen?

Doxygen overview Doxygen is available on most linux machines, in particular inferno. It require a 'Doxyfile' to run. Doxyfile is similar to a Makefile - it tells doxygen where to look for files, what to do, and other special customizations.

For now, the "official" Uintah exists in Uintah/doc/Other/Doxyfile. You are welcome to copy it, change the parameters to what suits you, and run doxygen on your own tree. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
