Throughout history people have altered the geography of the earth. Some of the ways are:* Building dams to effect the course of a river and making a small lake by this process;* Digging canals to connect bodies of water. This was done in ancient times and in modern times;3.

Clearing away forests to make way for farmlands;4. Keeping a port city on a river more open for ships by removing large masses of silt, a natural consequence of some rivers;5. Creating more land by moving earth to hold back oceans, such as been done in the Netherlands; and6.

Digging artificial lakes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
