How do rockets get past the ozone layer?

Airplanes can fly through those clouds. The ozone layer is like those clouds, only it doesn't block visible light... and it is very thin. Ozone just blocks UV-B and more energetic light, protecting Earth's surface.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
