If there is only a year left on the original president's term, the Vice President can serve out that term and be elected to two terms of his own for a total of nine years. The twenty second amendment limits the election of any person to being elected twice. And, if such person has acted as president for more than two years of another president's term, such person can only be elected once.
So, as long as one served less than two years of another's term, one can be elected to two terms in one's own right as well as serving the less than two year's of another's term.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
