How do we know if a hub we wrote has been voted up or voted down, is this recorded anywhere, and?

You cannot really see if somebody voted you up or down. This is only reflected in your hubscore and the place your hub is in hubpages searches according to the keyword you are trying to dominate with that particular hub. However, you can see how many people marked your hub as useful, awesome or funny.

You should see the number near each one of those. If you do not see any while you are logged in, it means nobody marked you hub as ...Hope it was helpful.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
