How do we stop people from dumping non-feral kittens and worsening the feral population?

By getting individuals to drop animals off at the shelter or call in an animal catcher. There are probably 8 cat's in one area that no one cares about except for my partner. None of them are fixed and there have already been three litters of kittens this year.

The cats just live and breed while none of the neighbors care. They just ignore the animals and move on. Some families do not even know that this is a problem.

Basically, awareness.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
