How do you adjust the time and date on casio watches?

Assuming your watch is digital keep pressing the mode or function button until you return to a time screen with the seconds flashing then press either the light or alterntive button to change the time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
