A gravity bong is a good means of concentrating lots of dense smoke into a closed container with the help of some water and, as the name suggests, gravity. While building a gravity bong may seem and sound like a complicated process, it actually takes little skill and requires just a few household items. Even without much practice, you can build an effective gravity bong in just minutes.

Step 1 Remove the cap from an empty plastic soda or water bottle. Make a small hole about the diameter of a pencil 2 or 3 inches from the bottom of the bottle. You can punch the hole by using a sharp knife or hold the flame of a lighter to the bottle just long enough for the flame to burn a hole.
