Crested Geckos are one of the easiest reptiles to keep. They eat both insect and fruit based diets, and can be tamed enough to be held. Crested geckos grow to up to 10 inches including their tail.
If a crested gecko loses his tail, it will never regenerate, but a crested gecko does not need his tail to be happy and healthy. Crested Geckos are fairly new to the pet trade, but estimated to live up to 20 yrs in captivity. Crested geckos prefer room temperatures of low to mid 70's, and cannot handle heat above 85 degrees Fahrenheit, so please do not overheat your gecko.
Start with a glass tank that is on the tall side, and give each gecko about 20 gallons at least. Crested geckos need a lot of space. If you get more than one, have only one male in the mix.
Sometimes females will also fight, and the loser would need to be separated. Crested geckos are very happy living alone, and I recommend a beginner only get one to start. Place your substrate down to cover the entire floor of the tank.

€¢ Buy your leopard gecko from a certified breeder or pet store with well taken care of, healthy animals. You may also consider buying online on breeding websites that sell disease free leopard geckos with different markings and colorations. Choose one with clean, healthy looking, bright eyes.
Make sure that five toes are present on each foot, and that the mouth is clean; If it is crusty or has yellow odd looking tissue, the leopard gecko is probably unhealthy. If at all possible, try to buy from a breeder rather than a pet shop. €¢ Buy a twenty-to-ten gallon aquarium with a secure screen lid if possible.
This is large enough for a young gecko and an adult. Do NOT use sandbox sand as substrate as it can cause impaction (which is fatal) when the gecko eats, instead use paper towel, reptile carpet, tile, or cabinet liners. Slate tiles are the most natural substrate you can have.
Leopard geckos are from arid, but not sandy regions. DON'T GET SAND. €¢ Make sure you have a heating pad ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
