How Do You Care For A Pet Chinchilla?

Originally from the Andes Mountains in South America, chinchillas have been domesticated and can now be purchased as family pets. Since chinchillas are about the size of a rabbit and can be housed inside a cage, many people think they are ideal pets, especially when living in close quarters.
